Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Said it about Land Title the other day. Most will be let go and a few will be hand-picked to be part of a 700ish person land department. The real estate machine is done. Aubs and HHood cranked so many people through those title classes. I always wondered how the hell they were able to do that and make money when they could go hire a broker, not pay them benefits, and cut them off at will without any type of severance or unemployment payment.
