Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Expecting the next round either tomorrow or Friday. Not sure if it will be just VP and manager positions or if they will begin the lower level departmental layoffs. HR and senior management worked all holiday weekend to finalize plans for the next round. Reports of HR beginning to "black out" doors and windows to provide privacy/confidentiality. Hearing everything will be done before 9/20, and that Land will be the last/biggest piece. This is just what I've been able to piece together. No first hand confirmation at this point. Hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst. Ready for the Band-Aid to just be ripped off so we can all move on with our lives.
