Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

I just wish they would just vest the stock or everyone leaving, 401k and actual, unfortunately DL doesn't have the heart to do that or give a modest severance. They are betting they don't get sued for wrongful termination. As a result, I don't wish bad on anyone but if they get sued for an age or minority discrimination/wrongful termination lawsuit I won't shed a tear. If I was DL I would just vest the stock, pop out a months severance for every year of work and that should be enough not to get sued. Part of the reason less issues during the massive previous layoffs was the stock vesting and at least small severance pay. GL to all except DL.
