Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

There Re 3 groups of people, group 1 is those who get promoted and have a future, group 2 are those who CHK has no use for so they are let go, group 3 gets a same level job- they are allowed to stay but do not have a future at CHK. In the end group 1 folks end up better, group 2 have the opportunity to make a name for them somewhere else, group 3 work their butts off so group 1 people get more promotions. Ultimately it is the group 3 people who are screwed
