Yes Chesapeake had great perks. But that doesnt make it a great company or make its employees great. If it was so great they wouldn't have the problems they have now. If your geologist find good prospects and land does a good job leasing competively and engineering can drill them quickly and cheaply then you all would not be in this mess. Top talent poachers need to look elsewhere. As someone who has been in a couple hundred wells with chesapeake I know that the decision making was subpar. The people on the hill borrowed a boatload of money and looked like geniuses at $150 oiland $13 gas. How you perform during hard times is the true test of talent.
