Wow. This has turned into a crazy bitch fest. If you hate your job so much leave. If you like what you are doing, work hard. You cant change other people but you can improve yourself and maintain your standards, ethics and morals. Post encouraging, informative messages to support your fellow associates. Stop the blame game on your peers!
