Can you really expect people to be open and communicate when things haven't been determined yet in the company? We can't all be a part of the decision process or nothing will be accomplished. If you feel strongly for your job, go talk to your new boss and fight for yourself. Things are changing around and you need to be proactive and take accountability for your career path.
