DL has been hired to cut costs. He has a job to do. Nobody at Chesapeake has a problem with that. The beef is about not walking the talk. You cant talk values and open communication and hide the process from the employees. Get real, it is not the fact that he has to cut it is how he is doing it. This is a BIG wake up call to all of us you will still work here
