Count your blessings. The advantage we all at CHK have is that we know massive layoffs are coming. Spend the first few hours of everyday doing what you need to do to keep your job going. The rest of the day should be talking to recruiters even if you want to stay. We all need a backup plan. Best to put the wheels in motion on CHK dime. If they are going to drag it out, it will work in the benefit of the employees
