@Big Mon: Now, if you have some dirt on nun-ethical billing practices, emails and stuff like that you sent to yourself at your private email, and even witness that will back your claim, then you can sue under the Whistle-Blower Protection Act and recover all this. Just include that you suspected you were laid off because you were considered a "threat" for your questions and comments about any unethical or odd billing or fraud related to any govt contracts. That will get some solid help from the lawyers, but it needs to be valid and pretty huge and provable. Even data-mining the servers if they didn't wipe all that during the SAP upgrade.
