Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

everyone keeps saying that we r reorganizing & restructuring the company but that there r no known job cuts for associates that they know of right now!!! The new mgrs r going to come & sit with each associate individually and watch u work & ask u questions this is ur interview for ur job. Cuts r coming to associates no matter what they say If u think there not ur sadly mistaken I would look for cuts to come in mid to end September before the new fiscal year begins. They want all 3 centers to have the same number of employees so it would be 1/3, 1/3 & 1/3. They r not going to wait for people to leave in order to achieve this goal
