I also understand Bella's goal is to transition most operational functions to responsibility of the branches and gut operational staff. It appears she intends to turn our highly successful company into a Wirehouse where some ody in her position becomes an extremely high compensated "blue blood". TJ and our sales force needs to pay close attention.
