The tech support staff has to now have a swat team when call volume gets too high (which is nearly every day)

The tech support staff has to now have a swat team when call volume gets too high (which is nearly every day). This team is a group of people from other areas with barely any training that start getting these calls and in most cases have no clue what to do with them. Yet when people are quitting their positions because they want no part in this mess the spots are not getting filled.

Makes a lot of sense.
