@Obituary DDU - I'm glad that you came forward as well and called this studio what it is. Allow me to highlight some more points which are troubling the artists everyday and making life miserable at DDU. I have yet to come across a person in DDU who is not thinking about leaving this studio. The PM's and the leadership are essentially becoming the dictators of this studio. They have created an environment which is ruled by fear and because of that no artist is ready to stand up in front of these people.

With regard to the current/recent happenings in the studio, it was very disappointing to see how the new so-called "incharge" (The Big D) of the studio conducted the crew meeting. The artists were told that they should be thankful that they still have a job and that their pay hikes would not be "that disappointing" without paying the overdue arrears (who gets that money now?).. on the other hand in this city where the less renowned domestic studios did their pay hikes on schedule with satisfactory percentage. The tone of Mr. D was very rude towards the hard working artists when he compared the rewards of working on a show with a dinner with the CEO which was a clear taunt and disrespectful for the artists and dedication exhibited towards the show.

Also, bytheway, Mr. D should read the office policies a bit more carefully as it has been clearly mentioned that things like termination due to sexual harassment & lack of performance are not supposed to be announced in public. One thing which puzzled the artists was that Mr. DK was made the champion for Favoritism who is a production member and part of the problem. No artist would feel safe by going to him about his/her issues. Maybe this is the way leaderships tells us to keep our issues to ourselves. The management doesn't want any leadership person to be artist friendly. Two people in the recent past who actually cared about the artists were forced out of the studio and replaced with people who just need button pushers who are not considered as part of the studio.

It is a widely held notion in the studio that Mr. Mil.S. is a bad influence. There has been countless cases of him misusing his power and position to misbehave with the studio people and more than often it is the female population who becomes the target. His henchmen spy for him in every department who are there to gather personal information about the artists by posing as their friends and then using that information against them. Why do the studio policies differ so much when it comes to a person in management ?

One of the most crucial team in an organization is the HR team and they are the biggest clueless people in the studio executing the policies without having thorough knowledge about the pros and cons and then forcing the artists to adhere by those policies. Whenever any policy related questions are asked, the blame is shifted to Tchniclr but when it comes to fair pay and growth we are told that DDU has a different structure. The salary structure has been totally messed up by the studio which, in my opinion, was adopted without any oversight or any research. There is no accountability for any mistakes that the leadership does in DDU. The only people who grow in this corrupt environment are the ones who kiss ass. There is no hope for growth for any other self respecting artist in this studio.
