Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Layoffs and terminations always seem to be on payday! If it happens, it isn't the end of the world. I quit RJ a year ago and life does go on. There are healthy work environments out there that will treat you like an adult and will appreciate you and companies who offer better benefits than RJ. It took me some time to adjust to having a boss and co-workers who aren't out to get me; I actually look forward to going to work every day which wasn't the case at RJ. I used to drive to work feeling sick to my stomach because I felt so powerless due to management and HR.
