So as some of you may know that in the processing world of reits and M/F they are going to try out a new system where they move all of the TC's into their own little area so they can work on "process improvement" then all of the UM's will be the direct managers of the processors. I have been told that this model is what leads to layoffs, has anyone else heard of this business model and how it works or if that is what it leads to?
