I worked for RJ for 7 years, I resigned last year. Trust me, there is life after RJ! When Paul Reilly took over, I had feeling things were goung to change, and not for the better. Due to the MK merger, employees had to work mandatory overtime and the amount of vacation time associates were allowed to take was limited to a few days at a time. The work climate is tense because people are so worried about their jobs that they throw their co-workers under the bus. Managers are allowed to bully employess and the only thing HR does is try to protect the company from lawsuits. Yet RJ manges to be one of the top employers in Tampa. For those of you who ere laid off, trust me when I say they did you a favor. Several employees have had to use FMLA for mental health issues due to working there and the management. Some departments have set unattainable goals so employees are working off the clock to meet those goals. Then when you get your 3 percent raise, the health insurance increases and you end up making less money than the year before.
