It sets our race back to say it is a shame that a significant percentage(13%)of the AMERICAN population is not represented at the DM level???? I think you missed the point of what she/he was trying to state. It is a shame. Any company would be better with a more diverse population. I find it hard to believe there are no African Americans at DM level.
