I'm a African American that works for Charlotte and I'm not sure why you would think we should hire a African American to be a DM based on a % it is too bad the only African American DM is gone, maybe they found a better fit for themselves, but Charlotte should only hire based on performance and track records NOT because of RACE!!! As an African American I'm offended you should suggest such a thing, that kind of thinking only sets us back in time. Same such a same.
