Why...is there something they taught you in High School about Power Plants that makes you better than them? Last I knew training here is site-specific and everybody goes through their own departments advancement process. Does a High School Diploma make you a better employee...or does AMBITION?! I can guarantee at least half of the contractor welders don't have theirs but they can lay a bead better than most of the guys in our shop!
