What do you expect when this company fires hundred of corporate employees over a 3 year period... not to mention that most had replacements hired before they were even fired. When a company acts poorly, message boards like this flourish. CR is not done with its transition, more changes will come. If they are smart, they will make more changes at the top instead of at the bottom. But the only guarantee is more will come. If you are smart, start your search ASAP.
