Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

I wish the board would understand that this management team has destroyed the company and has no clue how to fix this mess... we need new management... doing things the "old way" is not strategic and does not call for $350k salaries. Either fire these execs or replace them with competent employees. I wish they knew how dumb Jenny Ming really is, and that her VPs are idiots that Gap/Old Navy would not touch anymore. Charlotte Russe has too many retail rejects running the company. Its time for a change, these results are crap. Most companies have receovered to pre-2009 numbers, and we keep getting worse. Chasing sales and new customers is destroying our cash flow. Its time for a change at the top. We deserve better management than this. If Jenny had any morals, she would step down IMMEDIATELY and let somebody qualified run this company.
