So a people partner told me the company is spliting corporate LP from field LP. The corporate group will report to finance (lol) and the RLPMs to the new Ops VP. Who's idiot idea was that? The Past LP team was so successful because they were such a collaborative team with a great leader. Why would you spilt them? Oh, we need to ensure that LP is working in a silo like the rest of the company. Great work executives!!!! You never cease to amaze us!
