Well said and Agree with you 100%. The people team is Aweful! They are ruid and take forever to give us answers and than wonder why we have bad people still in our stores! No one knows when or if they work! The field is out this week busting our asses to make ly or plan and no one can be found! It's unfair! And very demotivating! I love my team and stay for them. I wish CR would get back to the way it was!
