Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

Leave in to a DM to try and iron everything out with no success. I understand what the iphones and ipads were meant for. Never said that they were meant for recreational purposes, however, the message was meant to show how money is just frivously wasted by the company. What was wrong with the old phones or laptops, why waste money on things that are not needed? The biggest problem I have with this is that most DMS, from personal experience with the company and communication from other Districts, don't ever call you back when you need them to, and when they are emailed they either wait for ever to get back to you or don't write back at all. Also the blame game is not being played just pointing out the flaws that I see day by day. I do my job. Everyday I come into work and I haul ass. My workmanship has never been compromised nor will it ever be. I do everything that is askedof me and in a timely manner. Once again me doing my job, not the point of the message. The point was to simply give out my view points on how this company is run and to let out steam, and yes this is all very frustrating, and the minute you try and communicate and express your viewpoints even without attitude or negativety you still get shot down and told to be a team player. Well I am a team player always have been and always will be, but I just wish the for once Charlotte Russe would be. I am not asking for my job to be made easier nor am I looking for an easy way out I am just wanting my Company to be successful for once in the past 2 years and for things to run smoother with more communication, less chaos, better corporate heads, less wasted money, and more recongnition to us field people who truly run the company while everyone else sits in meetings all day thinking up ways to help plummit the business further into hell. Two years ago, with the exception of Peoples Lib the company was doing fairly well, in comparison to now, so why, if it wasn't broken, did they try and fix it?? Food for thought.
