The attendance policy point system is stupid? Clearly you are just an over payed sales associate who by some dumb luck got a management title. If you can't see the benefit in a management tool that helps eliminate cronicly late associates you are an idiot. I'm glad I'm not your SM I'd action you right out of my store!
