A lot of us won't quit because we know this company has potential, its the leaders that are keeping CR down. If they can remove a few executives and replace a couple departments (hint: any dept run by ex-old navy losers) then this company can turn around. Until then, we are going to keep doing mediocre and having to make cuts. We have not turned it around, we are barely doing better than last year and last year was the worst year ever. We stopped the free fall but we are still in a nightmare scenario. Yes, I might be negative, but I know this place can be awesome again if a few people are removed and we bring in people with fast fashion experience. But the key is really to start at the top and get rid of Jenny and the VPs she brought with her.
