I just left the company. The posts are correct, the field is lacking. But, its not thier fault. Who the hell runs a 800+M company with NO Director of Operations, NO VP of Operations, and 3 RMs? Has anyone gone into the field and seen how poorly the stores are being run? Communication is a joke. People is a joke. I have yet to figure out if this is a ploy to save money or the Old Navy "god" plan. Regardless, I had to leave because what is being said around the "Big Turn Around" is not true. Best to all.
