Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

This takes the cake!!!! In the past year morale has reached a all time low. Employee complaints are through the roof. There is no support from the "People" team, as they are merely professional cut & pasters, NOT HR Professionals. BUT NOW!!!! My DM tells me People is rolling out a attendance process that requires us to do more administrative work next month? WHAT ARE WE DOING? NEWS FLASH, because Old Navy had an attendance problem, does not mean CR has an attendance problem. Do some real work!
