WOW - Talk about getting validation -- A post from the CEO!! In reading, Don't you just love it when the CR lovers mock you for having legitimate complaints and concerns of your future employment. Why would they be so mean when you're wanting to post your issues and opinions. OH! its because its Anonymous!!! Its Obvious that CR is not a company interested in keeping the "Front Line" Happy, supported or informed. (This is how Gossip strts.) In fact they threaten you to keep your mouth shut and make no room to be heard. They call you idiots or your stupid for posting here. How sad they are to attack the vary people they should value the most. Heck they even try to shut me up... see 7-14-11 @ 7.30pm. To that poster -- Baby I have plenty of masculinity hanging for you.......... YOU don't like what you read here -- than don't post because once you do -- You become accountable to all of us, even if your Anonymous.....
I can't being to tell the dissatisfaction I hear in the region and these post from Corp prove the point. AS for The Cowboy DM -- just doesn't seem to be to interested. My guess, they are looking for another job. Did you read it???? There's a RM interested in this site. See 7-20-11 @8.10pm You all who post here have to admit that Many of the new people brought over with JM have been less than qualified to take on the responsibilities of managing a fast pace Fashion style retailer. And that initially JM had failed, for several months, by thinking she could bring the Old Navy way to CR. And here we are still dealing with incompetence from HQ with the launch of the refuge line, to fold one way then another way and no PR $$ to correct. BTW: aren't you all dealing with less PR $$ now? Hmmmmmmm Can JM make the turn around? To early to say. Someone mentioned August. whats to happen in Aug?
