The start of financial hardship was the moving to San Francisco because we wanted to "tap into the talent". Definition, Jenny lives there. Then paying severence to the talent we let go (Non-Old navy) and big sign-on bonuses to the Old Navy unemployed brought on. Let's not forget the "People Executives" who commute from out-of-state. What a joke.
