My DM told me everyone is at odds at the top. She said our RD jokes and makes fun of the other RDs, which is probably why the company has no consistency. Just 4 egos trying to impress Jenny, the head clown. That’s probably why the EVP, Sandra Tilet didn’t poach any of them.
