So why are 99% of store managers uneducated? Well, when you get laid off, you can always go to Forever 21, they are absolutely killing us because our store managers are incompetent. Our store managers are the worst in retail, they have become so lazy. We need to change the majority of them if we are ever going to recover and not go bankrupt. Otherwise we are all going to be out of a job.
