Jenny was more concerned with how the office looks than how the stores look. She was more concerned with getting her friends easy high-paying jobs instead of retaining talent. She did not have her priorities right when she arrived, and was never concerned when things started to sink. She fired the wrong people. Now even current employees are enjoying her failure. It is sad to watch. They just need to make a change ASAP, the longer they wait, the worse it is getting.
