I can certainly see why results have been poor. If you convince yourself that everything is terrible and then perpetuate it by whining on and on, and posting every rumor you hear, unfortunately you're a big part of the problem. Try a little positive thought and some hardvwork and we could all end up working for a very successful company instead of one being drug down by poor attitudes!
