I am just browsing this site and I am not affiliated with CR whatsoever. Would someone enlighten me and help me understand what's wrong with the company? I occasionally shop at CR, I would not say it's better or worse than it's peers - that's what's confusing me - if it was the merchandise, you'd guys would be gone long time ago...
