Is anyone familiar with how the severance package works for an IBMer if laid off due to RA?
Can’t hide folks. If u are old and expensive they will RA you soon and replace you with cheaper labor. They know nothing else. IBM is trying to save their way to growth. Doesn’t work.
@1xla How does and IBMer evade detection besides keeping your head down, working hard w/great output, and being a "yes person?"
@1xla, I totally agree with you... that is exactly what I have been doing the past 5 years, and expect to do that hopefully for the next 10 year.
A happy IBMer should be one who works hard, contributes to commonly understood goals and makes a positive impact!
In 2019, a happy IBMer is one who successfully evades detection and does not get RA'd this time around.
A sad reality indeed.
