EC considering split of UC and CC business for company auction. Will be interesting to see how this turns out.

Leadership is doing whatever they can to hold on until October 1. At that point the CWA contract will have expired. No need to buy any one out. You can just show them the door. Getting rid of tech services will result in a (short term) bump in revenue. But it won't be enough. It's like a house of cards in a room full of toddlers. Sooner or later, it's coming down.
Smart money has uc cc split
any updates?
I know over the last few weeks, the sales team in the US has had to do a lot of surveys and reporting on UC vs CC business in their accounts.
deja Vu same cycle from 1st pre chapter 11 sequence of events. Seems History repeating itself
Avaya is done. At this point it is a matter of selling off the remaining assets and negotiating a transition of its work force.
Another bad move. What customer of sound mind would invest in an Avaya solution knowing it will be sold off in pieces? After this, what is left, selling its patent portfolio?
