ZERO ethical standards with CEO and COO and HR! They all need to be investigated for unethical business practices!

It’s not a letter of ethics; it’s a matter of experience. The management simply has no idea what to do with a company that has become the victim of its own dysfunction. Every move is a desperate attempt to stay afloat in the proverbial boat. The big picture that Ynot and his team are striving for is a mirage in a desert of debt and dried up dreams. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. The road to salvation is paved with actions.
The management team is not adequately ethical to have bonuses.
Big accusation. But based on what? Everything I've seen says Mattel and it's leadership are adequately ethical.
OK, there was mr ebola. He wasnt unethical, just incompetent. Fortunately they ejected him fast.
Direction is to have dump products in shelf on time.
Just following directions from Clearwater...
Clueless and unethical management is hardly news. Just another day at Mattel!
We do have a COO.
He can have a speech in front of the entire company for half an hour, and yet no one has a clue what is really going on with the company afterward.
Go figure it out.
No one would care if it’s ethical or not. At this moment, we get our paycheck, holiday, unlimited vacation, and even bonus. What else would you expect?
We have a COO?
I remember when working at Mattel instilled a sense of pride. Management acted with integrity and respected the employees. Now it’s top down entitlement and ego with no accountability. Sad.
