I am being told that my $426 that was taken out every month for 5 months to purchase extra vacation, is not refundable, even though I never used it. Today I get a bill for $426 for July to continue it, why would they be sending me a bill? Are they expecting me to pay for my purchased vacation for the rest of the year?? What are my options?

Same happened to me. I opened a NESC case asking for explanation. We are suppose to be getting a check on the 15th for unused vacation. A coworker let go in May has not received proper unused vacation pay yet.
I’d talk to a lawyer. It’s seems unreasonable to charge a person for something they never received. When the vacation was purchased do you remember reading any language describing what would happen if you left the company?
Can anyone recommend a Lawyer?
