Windstream and any company associated are very fraudulent. I know of a win empolyee that attended college full time days and reported thier 40 hours per week plus company paid for some of tuition. How is that no corrupt? Oh my the way the employee schedule work hours was m-f 8am 5pm.

Batman, calling someone a troll on this site is comical, you've been trolling this and the Optum site for months. Your crumbs on a layoff site citing rhetoric and lawsuits that are readily available via googling "United Healthcare" is for what purpose? The fact that you've admitted you're still employed and do not agree with the companies morals and ethics is a slap in the face to people coming here to actually seek information. People laid off are coming here for information or potential lay off information. Consider getting your own domain for UHNSUCKS.com and carry your message there.

Ah Batman, the vigilante justice of Bruce Wayne, an elitist CEO of a muliti billion dollar company....and then complains about those same people in every post made. If you don't like the company, the work, the leadership, or that paycheck then go find another job. Maybe JP, Amazon, or some other corporate giant would take you. But then again you'd probably spend a month before feeling slighted in some way and they will become the new devil to you. Find somewhere else to work or shut the f up. Maybe go find a non profit to cry to. Feel free next time the paycheck comes around to say no thanks. Companies layoff workers, it happens. Business line goes away or is not profitable changes have to be made. This isn't socialism. UHG is not a welfare program.

We all know that the Anonymous UNH Troll is a mo--n. On the outside chance that he can be educated let’s use this example. UNH has annual revenue of $15 Billion. Let’s say that $5 Billion is Labor Costs. By Intimidating their workforce and not giving WARN notices, UNH loses 30% in workforce efficiency. That is $1.5 Billion. Almost the entire growth in Sales is wiped out by Management’s bad behavior toward their own workers. That is just dumb. You can’t wipe that out by hiring anonymous trolls to destroy the paper trail.

Anonymous UNH Troll, Panos has everything to do with UHC. Senior Medical Directors choose to whom to send those third level Appeals. Panos or Excel-O was chosen by UNH Senior Medical Directors. Read Judge Spero’s 108 page excoriating decision on how Senior UHC Medical Directors came through his courtroom for 1 month and gave “evasive” answers ( lied ). In the Coles case in Miami, a Federal Judge called UHC and their denial scheme for Attorney Coles - “Barbaric and Immoral”.He then recused himself. Who should be believed? The providers are intimidated as well. United Health Group bought third level denials from Spyros Panos MD. Panos was in a Federal Penitentiary and is under indictment now and has pleaded not guilty. United has given Identity Coverage to the victims. See the State of Connecticut Investigation Report in which most of these were denials. The offshoring of jobs saves money. The third world workers do what they are told, there are no Whistleblowers and there are no WARN laws and there are no Class Action Lawyers. The value of a life in Bhopal was pretty low. Wire Fraud, Mail Fraud and Racketeering are just fun activities. Right Dave? Hahahaha!
