Last VTO 50 applied and 45 got it. They should of gave it to ALL the poor 5 Techs that were denied can thank their supervisors for the push back what a shame some had over 40 years of service and this is the thanks they got.

What is this VTO you speak of? Voluntary time off or voluntary termination offer? Never heard of it in Virginia.
The only good thing is slowly they are getting rid of SRO's replacing them with Level 3 managers.
Well with over 40 years they had several opportunities I say shame on them
