Let me understand this. You don't want to give raises to the remaining workers. You want to continue working employees to death (in this non-prison,of course) with dog cr@p tools and databases. You want to take loans against lines of credit to give huge bonuses to crooks.
AND you want us to sit on the front lines and tell customers that everything is lovely bc customer satisfaction is top priority???!!??
What part of sh1tty circuits, sh1tty data repair techs, sh1tty customer service reps, or sh1tty lower management do you expect to produce customer satisfaction??
