What a cheap way for Windstream to continue its BS propaganda campaign: "Customer satisfaction is, of course, our top priority, and I encourage you to continue to reassure our customers that our operations remain unchanged..."

Let me understand this. You don't want to give raises to the remaining workers. You want to continue working employees to death (in this non-prison,of course) with dog cr@p tools and databases. You want to take loans against lines of credit to give huge bonuses to crooks.

AND you want us to sit on the front lines and tell customers that everything is lovely bc customer satisfaction is top priority???!!??

What part of sh1tty circuits, sh1tty data repair techs, sh1tty customer service reps, or sh1tty lower management do you expect to produce customer satisfaction??

I must have missed a letter in the mail, KM.

We have always manipulated numbers to make it look like we have more customers than we do. When is this crooked judge going to throw this bunch of id--ts at the top out on their asses and get some real management. Anyone else forced to watch tt spew his b---s--- on the town hall? If this is not a prison as you say why am I forced to watch? I did not have the option to say no sinc I dont believe a thing he says

Windstream disconnects 20 customers for every 1 they turn up. They are counting customers they convert to Office Suite/SD-WAN as new revenue to try to make the numbers look better.

I don't understand why anyone not in an ILEC area would buy WIndstream products. I was once a believer but each year we get lapped by new lean competitors with superior IP products who can onboard a whole organization in half the time.

The only customers we get are the highly complex mid tier organizations who T and VZ don't want to waste resources on.

Haha. What about sales reps? You know the good reps have left and that’s a fact. The only reps who remain are the ones with 20 plus accounts and they’ve been foaming at the mouth for years to get. The brown noser who likes to help In hopes they get a free lead. The funny thing is they have all the accounts now and still can’t hit their quota. Guys it’s time to accept you’re an inferior sales rep. You have the accounts and can’t produce. Time to move on, your new accounts don’t like you or the company you represent.
