Thread regarding Schlumberger Ltd. layoffs

Why is there such a disconnect between senior executive management compensation inc. bonuses and our share price?

Does serial underperformance and dreaming up failed "new ways to work" and "transformation" initiatives merit multi-million dollar compensation packages while the share price tanks?

Surely its time for a shareholder revolt to oust these fraudsters.

SLB got lot of bosses, not leaders...especially in the drilling automation side...i surprised to see "le patron" as name board outside these buffoons office...

Stock price is not at all reflective of value or performance for this company.

More of the price is influenced by outside speculative news like tariffs, OPEC, weather, war.

Note the earnings have continued to climb while stock prices fall. That is the P/E ratio correcting itself away from previous bloated, overinflated, speculative pricing (SLB was not worth 50x their annual earnings) No one wants a 50yr pay off...
