Think about this: the main people who decided on the reorg for a second year in a row:
KC - knows NOTHING of the industry.
RB - dinosaur who knows NOTHING of technology
NF - dinosaur with even less knowledge
Honestly, what could KC, RB, or NF bring to the table during a day on campus?
These are the folks leading us into a digital transformation?!? We’re done-zo....
Last thought: since KC & RB have been atop the heap, how has the company fared? How have profits & revenue fared? How in the heck have these folks and other VPs survived cuts while the ones working their butts to the bone let go?!
