So many excellent reps fired today. PH P&C folks protecting their own. DMs without the ability to keep a team or make their number kept over ones with exceptional seniority and success year over year. It's a sad deja vu.
This couldn't be more true. This is what makes it even more clear that management has no idea what they're doing. Or they know, but don't see a future for Pearson so they don't care. Either way, it's employees who are screwed in the end.
