National region

50% cut? I thought that model was supposed to be the wave of the future. Anyone know what teams or disciplines got the ax?

How is the National Region now organized? Are they all Generalists?

It’s a sad sad situation. Publishing is a dying industry & Pearson brought in a heartless strategist who let the best of the best go. Sad thing is... it’s just a matter of time until it becomes Toys R Us!

Wow! Cutting inside reps in Columbus who are already a bargain considering that they don't have a company car, most likely make lower salaries than field reps, and frankly are some of the best reps in the company!

They let the National region go to hire part time help that will work remotely without benefits or extra cost of what the inside sales was costing them.
