Rick Bowers (VP) is having a All Hands call June 10. Expect the purge to start shortly after that in the Lab Service teams under him. Anyone not connected directly to doing services with ICP, CIP and the likes will get laid off.

Obviously everybody knows that RAs are not announced on an All Hands Call, but this is clearly either following the RA or preceding it. And definitely a sign that yet another re-.org is in the cards.
The all-hands will not be an RA announcement. But it could be the re-org announcement that comes just before or just after one.
Completely agree with 1xz. Anyone who tells you an RA aka announced on an all hands doesn’t know how it works or is just trying to scare people.
First lines do not get the choice. I WAS a first line who was given names and tried to fight them. The paperwork was already done and approved by the time I got the names. The names are decided well ahead of time by people much higher up and with legal / hr involved.
When has an RA ever been announced in an all-hands by an exec ? It's usually unofficial and they leave the dirty work to first lines who have no say in who stays and who goes.
