In an effort to downsize an yet still get the most production the JLS paint shop will be made 2nd and 3rd shift only. Word is first shift complains too much and gets too little done spending their day tattling on fellow union members instead of working. This could eventually lead to 2 shifts of 4 10's

First shift is the only shift carrying the shop.
1st shift everywhere in that shop is worthless. All they do is rework our diagnoses from 2nd shift because they don’t believe what we found was wrong with a unit. 1st shift backshop management costs the company double the man hours for doing this they are r----ded
Have any of the carmen actually ever seen a car? Why are they carmen? Shouldn't they be laborers or something?
