i previously worked at a company division that was shutting down, a small group of folks were given incentives to stay thru a certain date, as knowledge of that grew amongst the rank and file the workplace grew more toxic and disgruntled with some slowing their work efforts leaving those incentivized workers to earn their keep, just sayin’
I got. Decent amount however it doesn’t make sense when you do the numbers of managers and sales that got globally. Crazy. But guess they need something to show buyers.

Only retention for most folks will be most likely be urine retention.
I know alot of salesman got a quarterly retention bonus but not operations. Its funny the operations get screwed again. Operations is the lowest paid and handles the most!
That's alot of VPs and Directors to pass out that kind of money. I guess they need to get rid of whats in the bank now before the banks seize it all. they should have split it up equally with everyone.
